We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategic development and evolution of our simulation product portfolio. This pivotal role will shape the future of our BEST product suite, translating market insights and customer needs into innovative solutions that maintain our position as industry leaders. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on product management expertise, preferably with experience in the aviation sector.
Strategic Development
Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap development aligned with business goals
Guide market positioning of the BEST product suite and specific developments
Identify and manage partnership opportunities to enhance market offerings
Drive product innovation and market leadership
Market Intelligence
Build and maintain comprehensive market analysis, including competitive landscape
Develop deep customer insights to influence roadmap decisions
Create clear customer segmentation strategies
Track and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and emerging technologies
Product Portfolio Management
Define and specify market requirements for current and future products
Establish and manage product approval processes
Monitor product performance, sales uptake, and ROI
Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies
Lead product lifecycle management
Act as the primary product expert for Sales and Commercial teams
Oversee product representation in Micro Nav demonstration facilities
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in software product management, preferably within Air Traffic or aviation sector
Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
Excellent ability to translate customer needs into product features
Demonstrated experience in business planning and analysis
Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Flexible, can-do attitude suited to a dynamic business environment
Desirable Attributes
Knowledge or interest in Air Traffic Control or Aviation
Experience with software development in aviation domains
Track record of successful product launches
Experience working with global customers and partners
